5 Star Airbnb review: We had a wonderful stay here. Was the perfect location to explore the whole island and gorgeous surroundings. Loved the walk down to the beach and where it was made it really easy to get everywhere we wanted to. The rooms were much bigger than expected giving all 8 of us plenty of room without feeling on top of each other. Really helpful and responsive hosts, would love to come back!

5 Star Airbnb review: A wonderful, spacious accommodation a few minutes’ drive outside of Brodick. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and had more than enough space for 6 adults and 3 children. The adults enjoyed the whiskey in front of the fireplace in the evening, the children enjoyed the view of the sheep during the day. Otherwise, we had everything we needed and a very good starting point to explore the beautiful island of Arran. The only downside was that 3 nights were not long enough to fully enjoy the house and the surroundings.

5 Star Airbnb review: Lovely property with spacious rooms and very well equipped. We enjoyed the walk down to the beach with some seal spotting. We also purchased food for the bird feeder and were treated to a visit from a woodpecker on our last day. Overall, a great base for exploring this lovely island.

The location is also great for access to the amenities in Brodick and I’d recommend it as a great place to stay as a base to explore Arran.

5 Star Airbnb review: We absolutely loved being at the house. The views and sunrises were stunning and we were blessed with wonderful weather. It is a long time since staying on Arran with a house with these views. Loved the instructions in the house and it is very well equipped. Very comfortable beds which we slept well in after walks and our adventures. The kids and adults loved watching the birds at the feeders in the mornings. We sincerely thank Roger and Brenda for opening their home to us. We do hope to be back on the island and would love to stay at Quivive Cottage again.

5 Star Airbnb review: This is a great cottage in an amazing tranquil location. The house is much larger than what the ad suggests and there is plenty of space, including a double sitting room and winter garden.

Roger is an excellent host. We had someone feeling poorly and Roger was very kind to give us some last minute flexibility, which made a huge difference for us. The communication with him was impeccable. Even before the trip they sent us very detailed and clear instructions on how to access the property.

5 Star Airbnb review: Quivive is a beautiful cottage. It was very comfortable and the sitting room with the big sofas and log burner was just perfect for our group. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend Quivive as a fantastic place to stay on Arran.
