5 Star Airbnb review: This was a fabulous place for our family to use as a base for exploring beautiful Arran. The views from Quivive, the facilities and the convenience of being near Brodick, yet in a secluded and hidden area, made this a very memorable visit. Spotting otters on the nearby shoreline on our last night made it even more memorable. We would love to come here again soon.

Perfect location to explore Arran

5 Star Trip Advisor Review:

Beautiful setting and just a stones throw from Brodick harbour, it’s a perfect location to explore the stunning island of Arran. Plenty of space, 2 of the bedrooms are huge and our party of 5 middle aged gents never felt in each other’s way. The bungalow had everything we required with lots of in house information to hand. Only 1 slight (first world problem) is that an updated WiFi (island/geography issue?) and maybe a Bluetooth speaker would complement the experience. Correspondence from the host was excellent, a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quivive

5 Star Airbnb review: We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Quivive. The cottage is ideally situated for accessing the main road and getting into Brodick. It was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons and very spacious. The views were wonderful. The children had ample room to play and the garden was completely enclosed and safe for my two year old grandson. The log burner gave added comfort and we spent a lot of time watching all the different birds, It’s well worth keeping the feeders topped up!

Information in the manual on the cottage and the area was comprehensive and helpful. Roger was a thoughtful host available to contact if we needed anything and even telling us when there might be a sighting of the Northern Lights. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this cottage again.

A wonderful house in the perfect location

A wonderful house in the perfect location for us to attend our friends’ wedding. The house is fabulous – stunning views and spacious rooms. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay on Arran – we will definitely be back again.
